1. Scope of Service

This service pertains exclusively to custom-built joinery for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, media rooms, cloakrooms, and pantries.

Kitchen and bathroom joinery projects are explicitly excluded from this service offering.

2. Pricing Structure

All quoted prices are calculated per unit and complexity.

A ‘Unit’ is defined as a single run of joinery on one wall (up to 4m width). Corner units or L-shaped runs are counted as 1.5 units.

3. Project Size & Payment

For projects exceeding 3 units, a split payment schedule and a discounted rate may be made available upon separate agreement.

4. Design Revisions

One revision is included per design to accommodate minor adjustments.

Any requests necessitating a material change to the original design scope will be classified as a new design. Such new designs will incur additional charges based on our standard hourly rate.

5. Service-Specific Details

5.1. Essential: Online Joinery Design

Hardware specifications will exclusively adhere to the Plank Hardware product range.

5.2. Premium: In-Person Joinery Design

A single quality control site visit is included, to be conducted within four (4) months of the joinery drawings delivery date.

Any additional site visits requested beyond the included visit will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Travel expenses outside of Zones 1-3 in London may incur additional charges. If your property is significantly outside of London, please contact us in advance to discuss feasibility and travel expenses.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We do not accept liability for any costs, errors, or damages resulting from the implementation of our design.

Any engagement with third-party suppliers, trades, or contractors following this service is at your discretion and responsibility.
