1. Scope of Service

Our design consultation service provides design intent and conceptual guidance only. It does not include:

• • Technical drawings or detailed specifications for contractors.
  • Site supervision or project management.
  • Supplier or contractor liaison.
  • Procurement or purchasing services.

If further design development, technical drawings, or additional services are required, they can be provided under a separate agreement.

2. Payment and Booking

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation.
Payment confirms your appointment and agreement to these terms.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule or cancel your consultation under the following terms:

• • Up to 1 week before: You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund. Please email us to request a cancellation, and we will process it within 48 hours.
  • Within 1 week but more than 48 hours before: You may reschedule or cancel with a 70% refund.
  • Within 48 hours up to 2 hours before the meeting: You may reschedule, but cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduled appointments within this timeframe cannot be cancelled later.
  • Less than 2 hours before or no-shows: Appointments are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 

4. Travel Policy

Travel expenses outside of Zones 1-3 in London may incur additional charges. If your property is significantly outside of London, please contact us in advance to discuss feasibility and travel expenses.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• • Our recommendations are based on our professional expertise and the information provided by you. However, we are not responsible for the outcome of any design decisions, purchases, or contractor work undertaken as a result of this consultation.
  • We do not accept liability for any costs, errors, or damages resulting from the implementation of our advice.
  • Any engagement with third-party suppliers, trades, or contractors following the consultation is at your discretion and responsibility.
