We designed two separate spaces, a guest bedroom and a study, each with tailored solutions to balance accommodation and workspace needs. The guest bedroom needed to elegantly incorporate an existing bed, while the study required a thoughtful arrangement for a Peloton bike and the family dog’s bed, alongside a functional workspace. We aimed to maximize space and deliver a design that seamlessly met the diverse needs of both rooms.
Our Approach: Optimizing Space and Aesthetic
Prioritizing seamless integration with the client’s lifestyle, we began by optimizing each room’s layout for efficient use and a sense of openness. We then crafted a design concept featuring bespoke joinery, thoughtfully selected furniture, and a sophisticated palette to elevate the aesthetic while keeping the same style throughout both rooms. To enhance the spaces, we balanced functionality and ambiance with a thoughtful approach, integrating the client’s existing art pieces.
The Result: Functional Elegance in Tailored Spaces
The outcome was two beautifully designed and highly functional rooms. In the guest bedroom, we maximized space with a built-in desk, generous storage, a comfortable seating area and a stylish wardrobe. For the study, we designed a custom desk with integrated storage and display shelves, alongside a dedicated space for the Peloton bike and dog bed. Our attention to detail and ability to create beautiful, functional spaces transformed these rooms into exceptional examples of our design expertise.
